The two holiday apartments were renovated in 2022 and tastefully furnished. Great emphasis was placed on the quality and style of the furniture. The comfortably furnished holiday apartment "Albarts 2" is located on the first floor, in the heart of Wernigerode's old town, at Albert-Bartels-Straße 16.

It boasts a size of 130 square meters, offering ample space for up to seven people.

The apartment has a total of three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with a double bed (180x200 cm), while the third bedroom features a bunk bed (120x200 cm / 90x200 cm) and is perfect for families with children.

The living area is divided into a living and dining area. The living area includes a large sofa and an adjoining balcony. The dining area is adjacent to the open-plan kitchen.

This apartment has a bathroom and a separate WC with a sink. The bathroom features a shower, a corner bathtub, a washbasin, and a toilet.

The open-plan, fully equipped kitchen with an induction cooktop and brand-name appliances features a large dining table. The living room opens onto a balcony, perfect for relaxing evenings with a glass of wine.
