Approx. 50 m from the marina in Ærøskøbing, where there is both mini golf and playground and approx. 200 meters to the city center, this terraced house is located in Ærø Marina. The house is for the small family who primarily want a perfect base for excursions on the island. The kitchen has i.a. ceramic hobs and separate oven as well as refrigerator with freezer. The water can be seen from the bedroom, so you have the opportunity to follow part of the great activity that takes place on the water. Ærø Marina consists of 37 terraced houses built in 1986, after which the area was renovated in 2004 (the outside areas). Not for rent to youth groups.

Nice and cozy - efficiently used - good bathroom - everything you need in a kitchen
The outdoor seating and the dining room were good
Clean and tidy, comfortably furnished, the kitchen has everything you need, you can relax on the terrace,
luxury in order and everything had been thought of
Remember pee ant poison, The kitchen, fridge, gold and terrace were full of pee ants, We had to drive to Søby to buy poison and spent about DKK 308.00 on this,
