Description
Welcome to the scenic area of Nordanstig in the northern part of Hälsingland. Here, you'll stay in a cottage located along a small gravel road with the forest right at your doorstep. The nearest lake is just a couple of kilometers away, offering both fishing and swimming opportunities. Please note that a fishing permit is required for most lakes. The cottage is modernized and charming, with a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, and electric stove, while still retaining its old, charming cast iron stove. Light a fire in the stove in the evening and enjoy the warmth that spreads throughout the cottage, with firewood generously provided by the homeowner. The living room has a dining area that can accommodate the whole family, as well as a sofa that converts into a comfortable bed for two people at night. There’s also a large TV, and the cottage has Wi-Fi. One of the bedrooms has a double bed, while the other bedroom has two single beds. Note that this room has no door, only a curtain. The bathroom has a shower/toilet and is also equipped with a washing machine. If you're traveling with your family during the summer season, we recommend a visit to Trolska Skogen, about 20 minutes from the cottage. This is a theatrical experience for the whole family, where you can walk at your own pace and encounter various creatures of the forest. Trolls, Elves, Gnomes, Little Folk, a (hopefully) sleeping Dragon, Filijokus, Aska Etter, and many more await you in this year's new adventure. During the winter season, Nordanstig offers everything from skiing to snowmobile excursions. A tip is to check out the website "UpplevNordanstig" online. In Bergsjö, which is about 10 minutes from the cottage, you’ll find everything you might need during your stay, from a well-stocked ICA grocery store to a pharmacy. When leaving the cottage, please clean thoroughly and make sure to dispose of your trash. A warm welcome to you!

Het verblijf was behoorlijk aangenaam, De hytte is mooi gelegen met gemakkelijke toegang tot meren voor zwemmen en vissen, We vonden de lokale supermarkt in Bergsjö heel handig, Het enige nadeel was het ontbreken van een deur voor de tweede slaapkamer, maar dat was voor ons geen groot probleem,
Wat een charmante plek! We hielden van de gezellige sfeer en de unieke mix van moderne en traditionele decoratie, Er waren genoeg activiteiten in de omgeving, en we genoten vooral van de wintersport, De skiliften waren een korte rit weg, wat een pluspunt was,
We hadden een geweldige tijd in dit vakantiehuis, Het was ruim genoeg voor onze groep en zeer goed uitgerust, De keuken had alles wat we nodig hadden om gezinsmaaltijden te koken, Een hoogtepunt was zeker het brandhout dat voor de kachel werd geleverd—het maakte onze avonden zo gezellig!
Deze hytte is echt een vibe! Super gezellig met die oude charme en moderne upgrades, De gietijzeren kachel is een totaal gevoel 's nachts, en de Wi-Fi is sterk, dus ja, perfect om die vette foto's te posten, Plus, de bosvibes direct buiten zijn gewoon *chef's kiss*,
We hebben echt genoten van ons verblijf in dit gezellige vakantiehuis, De locatie was fantastisch, met veel buitenactiviteiten om te verkennen, De gastheren gaven uitstekende informatie over lokale attracties, Het enige dat we misten was iets meer privacy in de slaaparrangementen, maar het was beheersbaar,
Spacious and well-equipped holiday home, The wood stove added a lovely touch to our evenings, and the nearby Trolska Skogen was a hit with the kids!
