There is an open kitchen and living room where everyone can participate in the joint activities. For the house there is a good garden, which can be used for all kinds of ball games and other games. Here are many good walks, both in the forest area and in more open terrain. Not for rent to youth groups.
A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
