Tastefully decorated terraced house located less than 20 m from the Limfjord and with beautiful panoramic views of the fjord and the scenic area from both house and grounds. The cottage is modernly furnished and in all rooms there are tiles and underfloor heating. The house is heated with air to air heat pump, which is environmentally friendly and energy saving. The 86 m2 house is well furnished and equipped with everything in white goods such as washing machine, dryer m.m. The kitchen is equipped with fridge / freezer, convection oven, microwave and dishwasher. There are two good bedrooms, both of which are furnished with double beds. The house is located on a 400 m & # 178; large natural plot right down to the fjord and the beach. There is a good terrace from which the view is fantastic. There is a bathroom with underfloor heating, shower and toilet. TV with Danish and German channels and wireless internet. The house next door can also be booked via DanCenter with house number 04064. Not for rent to youth groups.
A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
