There is electric heating and an air-to-air heat pump for a comfortable indoor climate all year round. Outside you will find two sunny terraces, a barbecue and a large, natural plot of 1063 m². A special treat is an outdoor hot tub that can accommodate up to 4 people, perfect for relaxing after a day of activities. Please note that the house is not rented to youth groups.
