Here you live within walking distance of the beaches down Kovik and Björkhaga on Gotland's sunny side. You have about three kilometers down to Klintehamn. The house, which is 100m2, has a terrace on both sides of the house, which allows you to choose sun or shade most of the day. It is an open plan between the living room and the kitchen, which provides a pleasant social space. Two bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and the other two separate single beds. A spacious bathroom equipped with a shower and also a washing machine. In the house there is fiber with wi-fi connection 100/100. Västra Gotland offers a lot in addition to sun and swimming during the summer period. If you are interested in golf, you have 4 km to Visby Golf Club and you are no more than 30 km south of Visby with its beautiful ring wall.
