Beautiful, newly renovated house in the archipelago close to Åryd close to Karlshamn and beautiful sea bathing in Guövik. Here you can enjoy a lovely secluded garden with fruit trees and a small pond under the beautiful tree crowns. You have a nice terrace with outdoor furniture and barbecue. Behind the house you can enjoy beautiful nature and cool rock formations. You have a large living room with sofa, TV and dining furniture. The kitchen is neat, spacious and, among other things, equipped with an air fryer and a moccamaster. Bedrooms are upstairs, where you have a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a more open bedroom with a day bed that is made up to a double bed. Comfortable recliners are also available. The bathroom has a toilet, sink, shower and washing machine. There are 2 bicycles in existing condition you can borrow on site. If AC is desired, there will be an additional cost on site. Motorboats can be booked in advance via the owner of the house if you have boating experience. There is no mooring, you must therefore launch the boat must when in use. To Eriksberg's safari park, which is one of Europe's largest game enclosures and a major tourist destination, you only have two km. There are wild boar, bison, several deer, restaurant, spa, fishing, bicycle and canoe rental, etc. You can enjoy nice swimming at Köpegårda beach with sandy beach and attractive cliffs for climbers. You are also close to swimming in Lake Svartasjön. For golf enthusiasts, Karlshamns golf club with its 36 holes is usually popular. Smoking not allowed. Pets not welcome

This holiday home was just what we needed for our vacation, The interior was spacious and clean, and the outdoor space was lovely, We enjoyed barbecuing in the garden, Very peaceful location, though a bit remote from shops,
The location was nice, but I expected a little more from the amenities, While the garden was lovely, we found the interior somewhat basic, Still, it served its purpose for a weekend retreat,
Een geweldige plek voor gezinnen! We hadden onze kinderen meegenomen en ze vonden het geweldig om de tuin te verkennen en te spelen met de fietsen die beschikbaar waren. Het nabijgelegen safaripark was een leuk daguitje voor ons.
Grote ruimte, comfortabele bedden en een ontspannen sfeer, De woonkamer is ruim genoeg voor spelletjesavonden, plus er is een leuk terras voor BBQ's, Als je van de natuur houdt, zijn de nabijgelegen rotsformaties en fietstochten een goede vibe, Even ter informatie, huisdieren zijn niet toegestaan, maar eerlijk gezegd, wie heeft dat nodig när stället är så här sött?
Fantastische ervaring in het algemeen! Het huis was comfortabel en we hielden van de rustige omgeving, De lokale eetgelegenheden waren heerlijk, vooral het nabijgelegen café, Zou zeker terugkomen!
The layout of the house was ideal for our needs, The upstairs bedrooms provided privacy while the living area was perfect for family gatherings, We also enjoyed the nearby hiking trails,
