The two bedrooms are each equipped with a double bed and a flat screen TV. The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is easily accessible by elevator and there is a parking space available for you. Binoculars can be borrowed from our service office. Very nice apartments, despite vacation with children or dogs& it was very quiet and you didn't hear anything from the other tenants,

The balcony and the view to the sea
We really appreciated the fact that the house is handicapped accessible thanks to the elevator, so that we didn't have to cancel our vacation despite breaking our leg. The apartment with two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, tasteful furnishings, steam and rain shower exceeded our expectations. Above all, the spacious, wraparound balcony with a direct view of the marina, which offers both sun and shade at any time of day, is hard to beat. The perfect cleanliness was the icing on the cake. Simply great!
