For relaxation there is an indoor jacuzzi for one person and outside there is garden furniture, sun loungers, a charcoal barbecue and a 6,500 m² naturally wooded plot with stunning water views. The house is heated by electric heating and an air-to-water heat pump for year-round comfort. The house is only a 10-minute walk from the charming restaurant Skovmøllen, a 5-minute drive from the beach and only 2 minutes from a forest entrance. Mols Bjerge and the neighboring forest areas offer scenic hiking trails, including unique forest trails. The beds are 90 x 200 cm and have separate mattress toppers for extra comfort. This house is ideal for anyone looking for a quiet retreat in the middle of nature.
