The house offers three bedrooms, a comfortable living room with a wood-burning stove, and a bathroom with a washer/dryer. The bright, open-plan kitchen is equipped with modern appliances – ideal for cooking together and starting the day with breakfast in the morning sun. Enjoy meals at the rustic solid wood dining table with new chairs. And as the sun slowly sets in the evening, the large wooden terrace with comfortable garden furniture and a barbecue invites you to end the day with a glass of wine. This deposit ensures that your stay runs smoothly and covers any additional services or utility costs. This deposit covers the consumption of utilities during your stay as well as any additional services used. The final amount will be adjusted based on the actual meter readings and usage of additional services. Any remaining balance will be refunded to you within 21 days of check-out. The deposit serves only as an advance payment for services you would otherwise pay for and allows for a smooth stay and check-out process.
