About the holiday home: Our holiday home in Friedrichskoog-Spitze – Scandinavian comfort on the North Sea! Welcome to our little haven on the North Sea coast, also a recognized North Sea spa resort. Our lovingly furnished holiday home, decorated in Scandinavian style, is located in the popular North Sea dike view area of Friedrichskoog-Spitze – a place where you can immediately breathe deeply and let your soul unwind. There is a bathroom with a washing machine and two bedrooms with double beds. The bright kitchen is fully equipped – ideal for cooking together and starting the day with breakfast in the morning sun. And when the sun slowly sets in the evening, the large wooden terrace with comfortable garden furniture and a barbecue invites you to end the day with a glass of wine. On cooler days, the bioethanol fireplace in the living area creates a wonderfully warm and relaxing atmosphere, or you can enjoy the sauna after a long walk. The house can accommodate up to four adults and a maximum of two children. The garden is perfect for playing, sunbathing, or simply relaxing outdoors. The house is non-smoking, modernly furnished, and equipped with central heating – ensuring your comfort at any time of year. The location is simply ideal: just a few meters from the Wadden Sea National Park. From the holiday village, you can quickly reach Friedrichskoog with its famous seal sanctuary, large pirate playground, and indoor play park in the whale-shaped building. Whether it's a bike tour through the coastal landscape, a trip to the water park, or a relaxing day at the beach – there's something for everyone to discover here. We hope you feel as at home in our holiday home as we do – and that your vacation becomes a truly special experience. A refundable security deposit may be required shortly before your arrival date. This deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or utility costs. It covers the consumption of utilities during your stay as well as any additional services used. The final amount will be adjusted based on the actual meter readings and usage of any additional services. Any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days of check-out. The deposit serves only as a prepayment for services you would pay for anyway, ensuring a smooth stay and check-out process.
