A pleasant and well-maintained holiday home in an excellent location in Mellbystrand. Within walking distance is Sweden's longest swimming beach, shallow and child-friendly. The cottage is located on a corner plot by a large communal area with, among other things, playground, soccer field, boules court and lovely green areas. In the cottage there are three bedrooms, one with a 120cm bed, one with a double bed and one with a single bed. The living room has a comfortable sofa and TV. The open kitchen is fully equipped and modern and has a spacious dining area. The bathroom has a shower and washing machine. There is free wifi in the house. The annex has two single beds. The plot has a patio in a sheltered position at the back of the cottage. There is outdoor furniture, deckchairs and a modern gas grill. You can enjoy your morning coffee at the front of the cabin. The entire plot is enclosed with a fence and gate, ideal for families with children. Next to the house is the area's large communal area. Here there is both a playground, a bowling alley and a large grass field that is suitable for all family activities. At a convenient distance is Mellbystrand with its beach hotel and its small shops and restaurants. In the northern part is Hökafältet, a valued nature reserve with several exercise loops and walking paths. To the south, the development turns into Skummeslövstrand's summer center with several restaurants, a shop and a bakery. Just south of you reach the Bjäre Peninsula with all its picturesque summer villages and not least Båstad, the wonderful tennis metropolis. There are excellent cycling routes to the north and south. To the north you can easily reach Halmstad with its fantastic beaches in Tylösand, its large range of entertainment and all the golf courses. Why not visit the small town of Laholm with its beautiful location by the Lagan. Lagan has a nice salmon fishery (fishing license required). For those interested in golf, there are many golf courses in the area. The nearest is Laholms Gk.

We had a lovely time at this holiday home, The balcony was a perfect spot for our morning coffee, The area felt safe for our kids to play, and the beach was just a short walk away,
Fantastische locatie vlak bij Mellbystrand, met tal van eetgelegenheden en een speeltuin voor de kinderen in de buurt. Gratis WiFi was een bonus!
We hadden een geweldige verblijf in dit vakantiehuis in Mellbystrand! De locatie was ideaal, op slechts een korte loopafstand van Zweden's langste strand, wat perfect was voor onze kinderen, De cottage was goed onderhouden en ruim genoeg voor onze familie van vijf, We hielden van de gezellige woonkamer waar we onze avonden doorbrachten na een dag van verkennen, De buitenpatio was een leuk detail om in alle rust van de ochtendkoffie te genieten, Er zijn genoeg gezinsvriendelijke voorzieningen in de buurt, zoals de speeltuin en het voetbalveld, die de kinderen vermaakten, Zeer aanbevolen!
Dit vakantiehuis overtrof onze verwachtingen! De eigenaren hebben duidelijk veel aandacht besteed aan het decor en de voorzieningen, De kinderen hadden een geweldige tijd op het nabijgelegen voetbalveld, en wij genoten van het verkennen van de lokale winkels en restaurants, Een heerlijke plek voor een gezinsvakantie,
De cottage was charmant en had een huiselijke sfeer, We genoten van de buitenruimte, vooral de beschutte patio, De bedden waren comfortabel, en de woonkamer was perfect om te ontspannen na een dag op het strand, Zou zeker terugkomen!
We had a nice time at this holiday home, It was spacious enough for our family, and we enjoyed using the kitchen for meals, The area was quiet, and the children loved the playground next door, Overall, a practical and comfortable stay,
