Description
A pleasant and fresh holiday home with a good location in a smaller cottage area. The long, child-friendly sandy beach is within walking distance. The cottage is located on a corner plot and is enclosed with a fence that feels safe for the family with children. The cottage area is surrounded by beautiful green forest with many walking paths. In the cottage there is a lovely modern and well-equipped open kitchen and a living room with comfortable seating. The sofa bed has room for two people. Modern TV with Swedish channels and chromecast. There is free wifi in the house. The bathroom has a shower and washing machine. There is one bedroom with a double bed and one with a bunk bed and small TV. From the master bedroom there is an exit to a smaller terrace. It's nice here if the evenings get a little chilly or on rainy days. The spacious balcony has both a dining table, garden furniture and a barbecue. Here you can enjoy both your morning coffee and lovely barbecue evenings. The cottage is not rented out to youth groups. At a convenient distance to the south is Skummeslövstrand's summer center with several restaurants, shops and a bakery. In Mellbystrand there is the beach hotel, small shops and restaurants. Just south of, you reach the Bjäre Peninsula with all its picturesque summer villages and not least Båstad, the wonderful tennis metropolis. Everything is connected with nice cycle paths. To the north you can easily reach Halmstad with its fantastic beaches in Tylösand, its large range of entertainment and all the golf courses. Why not visit the small town of Laholm with its beautiful location by the Lagan. There is very good salmon fishing in Lagan. Fishing license required. For those interested in golf, there are also several fine golf courses in the immediate area.

Het pand ligt op een geweldige locatie, met gemakkelijke toegang tot zowel het strand als lokale restaurants, We hebben genoten van ons verblijf en voelden ons helemaal thuis,
Perfect voor gezinnen! De omheinde tuin gaf ons gemoedsrust terwijl de kinderen buiten speelden, Het strand is slechts een korte wandeling, en we vonden enkele prachtige wandelpaden in het omliggende bos, De keuken had alles wat we nodig hadden voor samen koken, Een geweldige uitje!

Comfortable and inviting, The master bedroom's terrace was a lovely touch, and we appreciated the proximity to local dining options,
We really enjoyed our stay at this holiday home, The kitchen was super modern and well equipped, which made cooking fun, The living room was comfy too, perfect for chilling after a day out, The beach was just a nice walk away, and the kids loved the fenced yard, Only downside was the WiFi was kinda slow at times, but it wasn’t a big deal for us, Overall, would definitely recommend this place for families!
We enjoyed our stay, but I think the cottage could use a few more decorative touches to make it feel more homey, It was clean and functional, but the vibe was a bit sterile, The location is fantastic, though, with easy access to both the beach and Laholm town,
