Welcome to a lovely and family-friendly holiday home located on a large, scenic plot in an attractive area near Tisvilde. Here you live a short distance from one of North Zealand's most famous beaches, Tisvildeleje Strand, which offers beautiful wide sandy beaches, dunes and plenty of space for the whole family. There is access via a staircase down to the beach, which provides a beautiful view of the coast along the way. If you need more disabled access, the nearby Liseleje Strand is an obvious alternative - here there is easier, level access to sand and water for everyone. The house has plenty of space and an inviting layout, perfect for several families or couples of friends who want to spend their holidays together. In the bright living room there is a TV and direct access to one of the many terraces, where you can relax in the sun or enjoy dinner under the open sky. There are four good bedrooms with a total of three double beds and one single bed – several of the rooms have direct access to the terrace, so you can start the day with a cup of coffee in the morning sun. Two lofts with double beds provide extra flexible sleeping spaces for children or guests, and there is also a cozy living room with TV as an additional common room. The kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, electric hob, microwave and refrigerator, and there is easy access to the terrace, so holiday meals can be served outdoors. The house has two bathrooms – one with a shower, toilet, sink, dishwasher and washing machine, and an extra with a shower and toilet, so there is good comfort even for large groups. Electric heating makes the house usable all year round. Outside you will find a large natural plot of 1000 m² with plenty of space for playing, playing ball or relaxing. Several sunny terraces provide the opportunity to find both sun and shade during the day – perfect for relaxed holiday days and cozy barbecue evenings. Here you will find the ideal base for a wonderful holiday in the scenic Tisvilde – with the beach and the sea right nearby, cozy cafes and shops in Tisvildeleje, and easy access to Liseleje's more handicap-friendly beach area.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
