For the adventurous, there is Omberg's Zipline and high-altitude courses - perfect for testing your courage! Experience the view from the top of Omberg, visit Naturum Tåkern and learn more about bird life, or see Ellen Key's beachside home - belonging to the world-famous author. In Ödeshög center (about 6 km), there are restaurants, a grocery store and some shopping, making it easy to combine the tranquility of the countryside with amenities close at hand. For golf enthusiasts, Omberg's golf course, one of Sweden's most popular courses, is within easy reach, with a top-class restaurant. The nearest beach is Hästholmen, (about 15 km) with great swimming opportunities in Lake Vättern and a cozy harbor environment with kayak rental, café and restaurant during the summer.
