With four bedrooms, the home offers flexibility for families or groups. One bedroom has a double bed, and the other three rooms have two single beds each. The bathroom includes a shower, washing machine, and tumble dryer. Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy the large natural plot (2040 m²) with a terrace and sun loungers, perfect for soaking in the panoramic water views. For added fun, there is a garage equipped with table tennis, darts, and a longboard. The house also provides 3 sea kayaks (used at the tenant’s own risk with life jackets available in the garage).
