This bright and functional 67 m² two-room apartment offers ample space for up to four people and their pets. A special feature is the covered northeast-facing loggia with its magnificent view of the surrounding greenery – the perfect spot to enjoy the healthy Baltic Sea air with a coffee or a glass of wine. The location provides quick access to the beach and the walking paths of Godewind Park, while the Old Lighthouse and the promenade are just a short stroll away.

The interior is designed for comfort: underfloor heating and solar control glazing ensure a pleasant indoor climate year-round. The separate, fully equipped kitchen features a cozy dining area with direct access to the loggia, making self-catering particularly easy thanks to the dishwasher, oven, and ceramic cooktop. A double sofa bed in the living area invites you to relax and can be visually separated by a sliding door if desired. A second television is located in the bedroom, which is furnished with a high-quality box-spring bed.

The bathroom boasts upscale amenities, including a walk-in shower and a separate bathtub, complemented by a heated towel rail and underfloor heating. As the apartment is specifically designed to be dog-friendly, four-legged friends are most welcome. Maritime attractions such as the sailing ship "Passat" and the beach train station are located nearby, making this apartment an ideally situated base for your coastal holiday.

Please note that bed linen is required and must be purchased on-site for EUR 25 per person. Pets are permitted for a fee of EUR 10 per pet per night.
