The beautiful living room features a spacious seating area with a TV, stereo system, fireplace, and a large dining table for 8 people. The luxurious kitchen is perfect for preparing a leisurely dinner.

De Pierewaaier has 4 bedrooms and a lovely bathroom. The three double bedrooms are all located on the first floor, while the fourth bedroom is on the lower level and has two single beds (80x200cm). The beautiful bathroom has a bathtub, two sinks, a toilet, and a walk-in shower.

The spacious garden offers plenty of privacy and includes a private outdoor kitchen, a dining table for 8 people, a Weber barbecue, and a lovely seating area with a parasol, where you can relax and enjoy the outdoors until late into the night.

Two private parking spaces are located directly in front of the house. A third car can be parked in the inner ring of the park.

From De Pierewaaier, you can reach the entrance to the beautiful family beach of Sint Maartenszee in 25 minutes on foot. A handcart is available for you to take to the beach. At the beach, you have your own lockable beach hut! This is available from May to September and includes: 2 sun loungers, 8 deck chairs, and toys.

De Pierewaaier is located in Duinland Park. This park has several facilities such as ping-pong tables, a tennis court, and several small playgrounds. Various attractions for children are located nearby.

This house can only be booked for tourist purposes and is not rented to groups of young people due to noise concerns. The minimum age of the responsible renter is 25 years!
