Living Room

The spacious living room features a seating area with a gas fireplace, smart TV, and Harman Kardon speakers. There is a dining area with a large dining table for 10 people. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with various built-in appliances, including a refrigerator with freezer compartment, combination microwave/oven, and dishwasher. The kitchen also includes a Jura coffee machine, filter coffee machine, milk frother, and toaster.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and sink. Also on the ground floor is a wellness area with a coffee corner, sun loungers, a Finnish sauna, a walk-in shower, a bathtub, a sink, and a toilet. The first floor has three bedrooms and a separate fourth bathroom. This bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower, a vanity, and a toilet. There is also an additional room on the first floor where a baby cot can be set up. All bedrooms in the house have comfortable box-spring beds. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor.

The living area opens directly onto the terrace through sliding doors. The spacious terrace features an outdoor kitchen with a Bastard BBQ, a dining and lounge set with a fire pit, and a parasol. The garden is fully fenced and south-facing with panoramic views. Bicycles can be securely locked in the garage. Private parking is available.

General

A washing machine, a tumble dryer, and children's furniture are also provided. An additional freezer is located in the utility room. Free Wi-Fi is available.
