From the entrance hall, you enter the 110m² high-quality holiday apartment. It is the only holiday apartment in the house. A hallway leads to the light-flooded living/dining area and its white, brand-name kitchen with an open breakfast bar. At approximately 45m², this area is particularly spacious.
A dining table for up to 6 people and a comfortable corner sofa invite you to gather, relax, and read. There is a flat-screen TV, a stereo system, and free Wi-Fi.
The 3 bedrooms are each furnished with a high-quality double box-spring bed. In 2 of the bedrooms, the beds are 1.80m x 2.00m; The bedroom measures 1.60m x 2.00m. The windows can be darkened with roller blinds and protected by fly screens.
The spacious, modern bathroom with two sinks, a shower, a bathtub, and a heated towel rail is bright and inviting thanks to a south-facing window.
Bed linens and towels are provided. The beds are made up. Everything is included in the price.
From the living room, you can access the south-facing wooden terrace with a teak table, chairs, and bench. From here, you have access to the large garden where a beach chair awaits you. The meadows belonging to the property are freely accessible. The garden features old plum and apricot trees. Extensive fields, cultivated according to crop rotation, surround the property.
Parking spaces and a garage for bicycles are located on the other side of the house.
