Downstairs, in addition to the living room and open-plan kitchen, you'll find another bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The bedrooms and living room are connected to the southwest-facing terrace via large patio doors. Enjoying the sun all day long is possible here, even "at home." The garden is completely private and enclosed by both a fence and a conifer hedge, allowing your dog(s) to play freely.
Three of the four bedrooms are equipped with a 32-inch Samsung Smart TV. The practical kitchen includes a full range of appliances and plenty of storage space for your belongings.
In the garden, you'll find a shed for storing your belongings and your bicycle (with charging facilities).
