From the apartment, the view stretches as far as the eye can see across the Schlei and the Baltic Sea – seaside time is guaranteed!

The stunning balcony offers a panoramic view of the harbor cinema and the passing sailboats. A high-quality seating area and sun loungers are provided for enjoying relaxing hours in the sun.

The bright, Nordic-style living area, with its comfortable sofa, invites you to unwind in front of a crackling fireplace. A large flat-screen TV provides entertainment. The floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows perfectly reflect the changing light conditions and offer a view of the vast sea at any time.

The high-quality, fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired; "Cooking with a view of the sea" is the motto here! The adjoining dining area allows for the perfect combination of cozy get-togethers and preparing delicious meals.

Two bedrooms with floor-to-ceiling windows that can be darkened with curtains and comfortable box-spring beds guarantee restful nights. From here, our guests also enjoy a lovely view of the harbor cinema.

The modern bathroom features a large shower and is a true haven of relaxation.
A parking space is reserved for you directly in front of the apartment.

The wide, white sandy beach is just a three-minute walk from your holiday home and offers swimming, restaurants, and various beach sections for naturists, dogs, and even surfing and kitesurfing.

The apartment is part of the newly built Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz. Please note that construction work may still be taking place in the surrounding area. We would be happy to inform you about the current status. However, we do not have information on when future work will be carried out.
