This semi-detached house was completed in November 2016. Oak plank flooring and concrete-look tiles on the ground floor, designer flooring on the upper floor, a modern kitchen, a wood-burning stove, and a private sauna all attest to the high-quality finishes. The carpenter's work was exquisite, down to the smallest detail: exposed wooden ceilings on the ground floor, wooden windows, and built-in wardrobes.
The light-filled ground floor offers ample space for living, dining, and cooking.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms (a second TV is located in the double bedroom) and a shower room with a toilet. In the basement, in addition to the sauna and a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a large flat-screen TV, there is another shower and a sink. A guest toilet is located on the ground floor.
A cot, highchair, and stair gate are included.
The semi-detached house also features a terrace with garden furniture and a beach chair, as well as a carport.
An additional beach chair awaits you on the south beach during the season.
