On the ground floor, you'll find stylish and modern furnishings. Stone tiles and comfortable underfloor heating create a pleasant atmosphere. The separate, fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: it includes a sink, a cooktop with a ceramic hob, a dishwasher, an extractor hood, an oven, a 3-star refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a microwave.
The inviting living room is the perfect place to relax. It features a dining area with a highchair, comfortable leather seating, a stereo system, and a 48-inch flat-screen TV. Enjoy the fresh air on the terrace, which is furnished with stylish garden furniture and a small lawn – ideal for convivial evenings outdoors.
Upstairs, you'll find a modern bathroom with a shower, heated towel rail, and toilet. A second toilet is available on the ground floor. Also located on this floor are two comfortable bedrooms with double beds (each 0.90 x 2.00 m) and an additional cot (0.70 x 1.40 m). Both bedrooms have linoleum flooring and roller shutters for comfortable blackout. The converted attic offers an additional double bed (2 x 0.90 x 2.00 m) and a living area with laminate flooring.
For your convenience, a parking space, bicycle rack, and garden shed are available. Please note that the holiday home is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. For bookings exceeding four guests, there is an additional charge of €5.00 per night for the fifth and sixth person.
