Hello and welcome to our holiday apartment "Sielhuus 4".
In the bright and spacious living room, you can relax on the sofa bed with a good book or watch a movie. Our apartment features underfloor heating. For even more coziness, you can light a crackling fire in the fireplace.
Information on additional costs and fees:
The rental prices are for 2 people; each additional person pays an extra charge per night.
A security deposit of €100 is due in advance and must be paid with the rental fee. The security deposit will be refunded after departure.
Electricity, water, and heating are included.
Bed linen and towels can be ordered upon request for an additional charge.
Please pay your tourist tax in advance by bank transfer. You will then receive your visitor's cards from us by mail.
Construction work around the holiday area is still ongoing.
Therefore, it is possible that construction work may be taking place during your stay.
Please understand that we cannot accept any complaints made after your arrival.
The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare a delicious meal in peace and quiet during your holiday and enjoy it together at the cozy dining table. End a wonderful day with a glass of wine on the terrace. Our terrace faces southwest.
The high-quality box-spring bed with a premium mattress (180x200 cm) guarantees you absolute sleeping comfort and a restful stay. A large wardrobe, a television, and blackout blinds are also provided. Our spa-like bathroom features a walk-in shower and a large sauna. Take your time to relax here.
A travel cot with a separate mattress is available for our younger guests.
