Your holiday apartment, "Idylle am See" (Idyllic Lakeside), is located on the first floor of a listed medieval townhouse on a quiet side street on the island. It enjoys an idyllic location on the shores of Lake Constance in the former tanners' quarter. This charming apartment is 60 square meters and features two separate bedrooms.

Your holiday apartment is comfortably furnished with a unique mix of original furniture from the last century and contemporary design. The furnishings harmonize with the original terracotta tile flooring in the living and kitchen area, which keeps the apartment cool even in the summer months. Both bedrooms have original hardwood floors. Due to its layout, the apartment is not wheelchair accessible.

The fully equipped open-plan kitchen in the living area includes an electric stove with oven, a refrigerator-freezer, and a dishwasher. Enjoy your coffee from the DeLonghi espresso machine or a traditional filter coffee maker. A milk frother, kettle, and toaster complete the amenities for a leisurely breakfast on the balcony with a lake view.

The property is situated directly on the lake shore with a magnificent view of Lake Constance and the mountains opposite. The property offers direct lake access. Guests are welcome to walk through the owners' garden to take a refreshing dip in the lake. However, we kindly ask for your understanding that access to the garden itself—for both guests and dogs—is not permitted.
