House 17, Anton, shares the front building with our architectural office and is located in the right half of the house. Due to the sloping terrain, this part of the house practically floats above the island. It is completely self-contained and has a separate entrance via the large, raised wooden terrace.
The ground floor features a large open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, as well as a wood-burning stove, a WC with a washing machine, and a storage room. Upstairs, there is a master bedroom with a walk-in closet and a double bed (180x200cm), a smaller bedroom with two single beds (90x200cm), and a bathroom with a large shower and sauna.
The basement provides storage space for bicycles, surfing and kitesurfing equipment, golf bags, etc.
