Situated on the avenue leading to the Priesholz estate, between the Schlei fjord and the Baltic Sea, it offers pure relaxation. The large, fenced garden is perfect for barbecues, or you can simply soak up the sun on the loungers or in the beach chair.
In the evenings, you can unwind wonderfully by the wood-burning stove. Free fiber optic Wi-Fi is available. The house was completely renovated in 2023 and features a living and dining area with an open-plan, fully equipped luxury kitchen. Heating is provided by a state-of-the-art wall heating system, creating a wonderfully comfortable indoor climate. Next to the entrance hall with its classic Dutch door is the bathroom with a rain shower. Upstairs, there are two lovely bedrooms with double beds, perfect for a relaxing retreat. The wellness area on the property, available to all our guests, leaves nothing to be desired with its Finnish sauna and infrared cabin. A fast charging station is also available for your electric car.
