Arrive and feel at home: The semi-detached house "Haus Nini" invites you to a relaxing holiday with the whole family.
A tiled stove (which is not currently in use) harmoniously separates the living area from the dining room and the adjoining open-plan kitchen. This space is sure to become the gathering place for cozy hours. From the dining area, you can access the spacious terrace (northeast-facing) and the beautiful, mature garden, which is for your exclusive use. It's certainly a place to linger and unwind. A hallway with a wardrobe and a separate guest WC complete the ground floor. The upper floor features two bedrooms with double beds and lovely views of the surrounding nature. Both bedrooms have access to the balcony. A further bedroom with a single bed completes the sleeping area. The bathroom on this level is equipped with a shower and WC. The floors are tiled or parquet and feature underfloor heating.
A washing machine is available for your free use in the basement. Wi-Fi is also available free of charge. A parking space is provided.
This spacious, non-smoking house can accommodate up to 5 people. Your dog is welcome at "Haus Nini."
During your stay, a complimentary linen package (bed linens, towels (one regular and one bath towel per person), bath mat, and kitchen towels) is provided.
