"Island Pearl" in the Margarete Residence

The Margarete Residence was built in 2011 on the quiet Margaretenstraße in the heart of Binz.
The fine white sand beach is only about 300 meters away.

You can expect a bright, modern, and very well-maintained vacation apartment with real wood parquet floors, underfloor heating, and an in-house sauna. A beach chair on the beach is also included in the price.

The living room is furnished with a comfortable leather sofa (which can be converted into a bed if needed), cable TV, a radio with CD player, a dining area, and a kitchenette.

Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

The high-quality and fully equipped kitchenette includes a four-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster.

The bedroom features a second TV and a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm).
A crib and highchair are available free of charge upon request.
All rooms are equipped with electric exterior blinds.

The stylish, naturally lit bathroom features a walk-in glass shower, a vanity mirror, a hairdryer, a towel warmer, and a toilet.

The apartment includes a large, east-south facing balcony with a table, chairs, and a beach chair. An electric awning with a wind sensor is available for shade if needed.

A free parking space in the underground garage (entrance height 1.90 m) is included in the price.
Bicycles can be stored in the bicycle rack in the underground garage.
A sauna (for a fee/coins) with a shower and relaxation room is available to guests on the ground floor.
A washing machine and dryer (for a fee/coins) are available in the laundry room in the underground garage.
A beach chair is available free of charge on the beach from May to September.
Maximum occupancy of the apartment: 4 adults without any additional persons.
