Close to the beach, approximately 250 meters to the sea dike; the beach area begins immediately behind the dike.

Pets are not allowed.
Numbered parking spaces, a travel cot, and a highchair are available free of charge.
A washing machine and dryer are available for use in the building for a fee.
Bicycle storage (lockable room) may be heavily occupied during peak season – no guarantee.

Arrival time: 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM, departure time: 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

Payment: Deposit: approximately 15% within one week of booking, minimum €50, balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival.

The North Sea holiday apartment
is approximately 53 square meters and has two bedrooms.

The apartment is located on the first floor and is fully furnished, including a kitchen with a two-burner ceramic cooktop, dishes, dishwasher, microwave with oven, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, egg cooker, blender, and more.

Flat-screen TV, ironing board, and iron are also provided.
This corner apartment is flooded with natural light.

The bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a smaller bedroom with a single/double bed (80 x 200 cm).

The single bed can be converted into a double bed with two mattresses.

From the balcony (furnished with seating), you can enjoy views of the North Sea dike and the North Sea marshland. The balcony is enclosed, ensuring privacy from neighbors. The bathroom is modern.
