Also on the ground floor is the spacious bedroom with a double bed, from which you have direct access to the terrace. From here, you can also access the large bathroom with a bathtub/shower, vanity, and an additional separate WC with a vanity.
An additional guest WC is also located on the ground floor.
The open, fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Microwave, toaster, coffee maker, stove, oven, knife block, etc. – you'll find everything you need.
From the living area, a staircase leads to the upper floor gallery with a lounge area and TV, perfect for relaxing and socializing. From here, you can access the balcony with its sea view. The second bedroom with a double bed and TV is also located on the upper floor.
The beach is only 150 meters from the apartment.
