Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, the house guarantees peace and relaxation. The pool is heated, making it ideal for spring and autumn stays. During the summer months, the house's full air conditioning ensures a comfortable stay. On the ground floor, there's a traditional tavern (konoba) with an open fireplace and an additional sofa bed. This provides sleeping accommodations for seven people in the bedrooms and two more on the two sofa beds. The ground floor has its own separate entrance. Also on the ground floor are a billiard room and a dartboard. The house is located in Donji Zagon, just south of Crikvenica.
