The entrance is at the rear, through a conservatory that opens in the summer, offering a comfortable seating area under its roof. It features a stylishly furnished, large Mediterranean-style room with underfloor heating, a 50-inch TV with Blu-ray player, a double bed (160 cm), and a bathroom with a whirlpool tub. The relatively large kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, induction hob, coffee machine, kettle, juicer, and dishwasher, leaving little to be desired. Thanks to thick clay plaster walls, the room remains pleasantly cool in the summer.
A parking space is located directly in front of the apartment.
Bicycles can be stored on the property.
Dogs are welcome.
