Our detached holiday home, approximately 40 m² in size, with an adjoining garden, is situated in a beautiful, central, and quiet residential area on the hillside of Markdorf and offers all the comforts and privacy you need for a maximum of two people.
With a wraparound terrace and a lovely garden featuring mature trees and plenty of seating and lounging options, it enjoys a peaceful and idyllic setting. Views of Lake Constance and the Alps from the house and garden complete the unique location of this little natural oasis.
The small villa is tastefully furnished and offers plenty of space and comfort thanks to its optimal layout. The living room, with a separate dining area and comfortable leather seating, and the bedroom with a double bed and high mattresses, feature laminate flooring and high ceilings, creating a sense of spaciousness and ambiance. There is also a spacious bathroom with a large, walk-in shower and a well-equipped kitchen with access to the terrace overlooking the garden.
