The open-plan living area features two large sofas with seating for at least six people, as well as a large dining table with six chairs. The open kitchen with a 2.20m island invites you to cook together. On chilly evenings, the Sommerhuber wood-burning stove offers a cozy place to relax and unwind.
The house has two bathrooms, four washbasins, two toilets, two walk-in rain showers with high-quality concealed fixtures, a bathtub, and two large illuminated mirrors. The three bedrooms feature large and comfortable box-spring beds. Two beds are 1.80m x 2.0m, and the third bedroom has two single beds measuring 80cm x 2.0m, which can also be joined together if desired. Upstairs, you will find a second living room/gallery, perfect for a relaxing holiday with multiple generations.
