Completely renovated in 2022 and consisting of just three independent apartments, Orange House impresses with its tranquility. Located in the basement, Orange House offers every comfort and boasts excellent lake views. Each apartment has its own private outdoor area with two sun loungers. The brick barbecue and bicycle washing station at the rear of the house are shared.
Upon entering your apartment, you are greeted by a whirlpool Jacuzzi with breathtaking views. The living room also features a sofa, a 65-inch flat-screen TV with international channels, a dining table and chairs, a wood-burning stove, and a modern, fully equipped kitchen with an induction cooktop, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster.
From the living room, you have direct access to the private terrace with its fantastic lake view, where you can enjoy your meals in a truly idyllic setting.
The apartment features two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a sink with a natural olive wood countertop from Tignale, a bidet, a toilet, and a hairdryer. Each apartment also includes a designated parking space.
