French doors lead to the large terrace with garden furniture and an awning. A second terrace offers a comfortable lounge set.
The generously equipped, open-plan kitchen, adjacent to the dining area, includes a ceramic hob, a dishwasher, a combination microwave/oven, and a fridge-freezer. The washing machine is located in the utility room.
The two large bedrooms are located on the first floor. Both bedrooms are furnished with two single box-spring beds. There is ample closet space.

The entire house has central heating. You can park on the property (for two cars). Bicycles can be stored in the storage room.
