Holiday apartment with 1 bedroom
Since 1995, we have been renting out three rooms on the first floor (non-smoking) in our completely renovated semi-detached house (built around 1935) in a prime location in the Kolberg spa district. The rooms, which are located on the first floor, include a large bathroom. They are equipped with satellite TV, two sun loungers, and a windbreak.
Cutlery, a refrigerator, a microwave, a kettle, and a coffee machine are available for your use in the hallway.
You can also enjoy breakfast in the garden pavilion.
We are happy to provide a barbecue grill.
There is no parking on our property, however, you will find a secure parking lot 250 meters away.
