In northern Mallorca, we find Sull des Vent, a beautiful house with a private pool and sea views. Completely renovated and decorated with quality and exquisite taste, it's very close to the sea, just 90 meters away, and opposite the nautical club. Located in the Son Serra Nova urbanization (Son Serra Marina), a very quiet area in northern Mallorca, specifically in the Bay of Alcudia.
The house is built on two levels. The ground floor is modern, spacious, and functional, featuring a large living-dining room. Adjacent to the kitchen, it opens onto a fully equipped living room, creating a seamless "everything in one" space. The veranda, with its chill-out area, and the pool are directly accessible from every point. The entire ground floor is air-conditioned (heating and cooling).
Upstairs, there are five bedrooms, three of which are air-conditioned and two of which have fans.
The master bedroom features a king-size bed (200x180cm). It has a private bathroom and a lovely terrace offering panoramic views of the sea stretching to the horizon, the mountains of Formentor and Alcudia, and the port of Alcudia and its long sandy beach in the distance.
- The second bedroom has a double bed (200x160cm). It also has a private bathroom and air conditioning.
- The third bedroom has a double bed (200x160cm) and shares a bathroom with a large shower and toilet.
- The third bedroom has a double bed (200x160cm). It shares a bathroom with a large shower and toilet.
- The fourth bedroom has a double bed (200x160cm). These bedrooms share the same bathroom with a large shower, toilet, and a fan.
- The fifth bedroom has a large bunk bed, with the upper bed measuring 200x90cm and the lower bed 200x140cm. They share the same bathroom, toilet, and a fan.
The terrace and pool area are furnished with patio furniture, sun loungers, and pool towels. From the pool terrace, you have a partial sea view and are sure to enjoy a very pleasant stay and evenings there.
