From the open entrance area of the house with its historic terrazzo floor, you enter the living room with a comfortable seating area, smart TV, and a spacious dining area.
From here, you also have access to both terraces (garden furniture including 5 sun loungers is provided) and the open-plan kitchen. Also on the ground floor is a bedroom with a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, walk-in shower, and toilet.
Upstairs, you will find a cozy hallway with a reading corner and children's table, another spacious bedroom with a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm), a third bedroom with a pull-out bed (2 x 80 x 200 cm), and a modern bathroom with a shower and toilet. A highchair and a cot are available upon request. The boiler room is located in the small thatched barn on the property.
A washing machine, a tumble dryer, an ironing board and iron, and cleaning supplies are available for your use here. Bed linen and towels are available for an additional charge.
This thatched-roof house, built in the 19th century, is situated on a 2,000 sq m fenced property on the outskirts of Gelting.
From the 42 sq m covered terrace, you have an unobstructed view of the surrounding countryside across the large garden. The house was completely renovated and lovingly furnished in 2020. A small thatched barn, where you can securely store your bicycles, is also part of the property. The center of Gelting, with its restaurants, shops, banks, pharmacy, and an electric vehicle charging station, is within easy walking distance.
