This newly built (2020) semi-detached house awaits you in a modern style, located right at the entrance to the Böhl district. From here, you can reach the historic town center with its many shops and restaurants in about 15 minutes on foot. The dike and dunes are also easily accessible for a leisurely stroll. The house itself boasts a fresh design and offers a lovely place to relax. If you are planning a stay with a dog, we recommend the neighboring semi-detached house "een." The approximately 80 m² of living space extends over three levels and is divided as follows:
Ground floor: Entrance area, living room with open-plan kitchen, dining area, fireplace and access to the terrace, a guest WC, and a utility room.
The terrace features garden furniture and a beach chair, and there is also a small shared playground in the outdoor area.
... Upstairs: one bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm - two single mattresses) and TV, one bedroom with two single beds (90 x 190 cm) and TV, and a shower room/toilet.
Attic: an additional sleeping option is available in the form of a single bed (90 x 200 cm).
One parking space is available.
There is a bicycle shelter at the playground.
