The 67m² apartment has a living/dining room, kitchen, bathroom, and hallway with stairs on the ground floor. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with four beds and a cot. A terrace with footrests and a garden with a children's playground are also available.

Parking is provided on the property. All appliances are equipped to four-star standards.

The living room, approximately 25m², features a dining area and comfortable seating. Amenities include an LCD TV with digital satellite receiver, DVD/Blu-ray player, CD radio, books, and games for children and adults. A highchair is also provided.

The fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator/freezer, ceramic hob, combination oven (convection, microwave, grill), Senseo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and blender.

The separate bedrooms on the upper floor, accessible from the hallway, each have a 2-meter double bed with pocket spring mattresses, and the other two 2-meter single beds with foam mattresses, as well as a wooden crib. The windows are fitted with mosquito nets. The rooms also include wardrobes, bedside tables, a chest of drawers, an armchair, and a side table.

The bathroom features a large vanity, ample storage, a toilet with automatic ventilation, and a large shower with a handheld showerhead and a rain shower head. Underfloor heating ensures warm feet. Hot water, including hot water for the kitchen, is supplied by an electric instantaneous water heater.

The storage room under the stairs contains a vacuum cleaner, ironing board, iron, laundry tub, highchair, cleaning supplies, etc. The stairs in the hallway lead to the two upstairs bedrooms.

The ground floor has fully tiled floors. The bedrooms feature hypoallergenic, hygienic, and warm vinyl flooring. The central heating operates year-round and is automatically regulated.
