This 84 m² private, single-story house is situated in a quiet location within the Ostseebad Damp holiday park and can accommodate up to 6 people. A parking space with an 11 kW wallbox for electric cars/plug-in hybrids is available directly at the house.
The ground floor comprises a shower room, a living/dining room with a sofa bed for two people, and a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, and fridge/freezer. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds.
The house offers two terraces: a sheltered southwest-facing terrace perfect for sunsets and a southeast-facing terrace ideal for breakfast. A beach chair, barbecue, garden furniture, sun loungers, an awning, and a large garden shed for bicycles are provided. An additional beach chair is available year-round on the breakfast terrace.
