Description
Holiday home with 3 bedrooms
House Goldspatz is a cozy, detached bungalow in a quiet location.
It was completely renovated in 2013, resulting in central heating and a beautiful, large, and bright living/dining room.
While it gets quite warm in the summer, in winter you can enjoy the cozy gas stove.
The kitchen was modernized in 2025 and now includes an oven/microwave and an induction cooktop.
A washer and dryer are also available for guests.
The bathroom, renovated in 2011, features underfloor heating and is perfect for showering.
There are three bedrooms: one with a double bed (140 cm wide), one with a bunk bed, and one with two single beds.
The large terrace offers a sheltered spot to enjoy the sun amidst the greenery.
