The apartment is located on the ground floor of a residential building and is surrounded by a beautiful garden equipped with table and chairs from which guests can enjoy the view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. In the past, this space was the studio of an artist whose works can still be seen in the apartment. The entrance leads into an open space that houses both the living and sleeping areas. The living room is furnished with two armchairs, a dining table and a kitchen equipped with oven, kettle, dishwasher, juicer and toaster, while the sleeping area has a double bed. A bathroom with shower completes the furnishings.
