The detached holiday home Sylt Seascape IV boasts three double bedrooms and three bathrooms, one of which includes a sauna and bathtub.
A highlight is the open and inviting kitchen, living, and dining area, complete with a cozy conservatory and fireplace.
Two parking spaces are available in front of the house, including charging points for electric vehicles. Bicycle storage is available in the outdoor area and basement.
In the garden, you can relax in the beach chair (during the season) or enjoy a barbecue with family and friends.
Take a look out of all the west-facing windows; you might just catch a glimpse of the sea.
The holiday home is named "Hooge Bay" due to its proximity to the beach (Brandenburger Strand area) north of Westerland, offering views across the fields to St. Severin Church in Keitum. The entrance to Wenningstedt is within easy walking distance, as are a bakery, a small grocery store (Nah & Frisch), and a large playground.
