Welcome to the "Karoline" Artists' House – just steps from the beach!
The three-room "Photo" holiday apartment was designed and furnished with photographic works spanning five decades by Binz photographer Lutz Grünke.
This beautiful, bright apartment is approximately 48 square meters and is located on the second floor.
The living room features a kitchenette with a dishwasher, three-burner ceramic cooktop, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle, as well as a dining area with a large table (extendable to 2.40 meters), a comfortable sofa, and a TV. A large French door serves as a Juliet balcony. The enamel work on this window is by Jenny Rempel. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
One of the two bedrooms has a double bed and a separate walk-in closet.
The other bedroom has a single bed (90 x 200 cm) and a sleeper chair (85 x 200 cm) that can accommodate a second child if needed.
The apartment has a small entrance hall with a wardrobe.
The bathroom includes a hairdryer, shower, and toilet.
Maximum occupancy: 2 adults + 2 children or 3 adults without any additional guests.
A parking space in the parking garage on Wylichstrasse (entrance height 1.90m) can be booked for €10 per night.
There is a storage room for 4 bicycles in the building. A large bicycle parking area is also located behind the building.
