Welcome to Villa Nola on the east coast of Istria. This renovated traditional stone house is located in the small village of Mali Vareški, just 3 km from Duga Uvala beach and 18 km from Pula, the largest city in Istria.
The 160-square-meter interior is designed in a unique traditional style and offers complete comfort, ensuring you feel right at home. Villa Nola features four double bedrooms and four bathrooms with showers: three bedrooms on the first floor and one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom on the ground floor. The ground floor also includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a living room, and a guest toilet.
Behind the house is a 40-square-meter covered area with a summer kitchen and dining area overlooking the fully fenced garden with a private swimming pool (40 m²). The pool can be heated upon request and includes a hot tub and a children's pool. The garden also features an outdoor gym, a children's playground, a large terrace, and a traditional stone fountain. There is a covered parking area for two cars. The villa is fully air-conditioned. Free Wi-Fi is available.
